“This property is well maintained. The owner Gina made sure that we were taken well care of on Easter weekend. She offered voul hers for breakfast , when she knew she wasn't going to be in town.She had food in the refrigerator for us and all provisions available. Erin who provided breakfast for us on Sunday with her husband was a delight. I can't say enough of this ace. I will be a returning customer every year for the sights and sounds theater. This is your best value if you desire to get away……

“The house was lovely, the grounds were well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was lovely, and the little side balcony/porch was an added bonus we enjoyed. I had no issues at all.”

“It's lovely inn but lacks real locks on the doors to the suite. I did not feel safe. There's not very much parking. The owners are quite lovely. I did feel a bit awkward when the owner insisted on prayer before the breakfast. I am not of the same faith as Brenda but felt the praying was mandatory. The food was great and the grounds are lovely. The location is a little more rustic than I expected. Overall, it's a nice place if you are a conservative Christian. ”

“Highly recommend Osceola Mill House BnB - we stayed in the two-bedroom suite and it was not only immaculate, but super comfy mattresses, and tastefully decorated. The entire BnB felt warm and welcoming, absolutely spotless, and our hosts Erica and Christopher could not have been more friendly. Our breakfast was delicious - and included fresh baked bread and locally sourced foods. You will love your stay here!”

“My second visit—an 8-minute ride from Lancaster train station. The garden/pound behind the historic house is a tranquil retreat, and a township park nearby offers shady walking. I always head to R.B. Shap (5-min drive) for shoes; Lititz offers dining options. My hosts, Diane and Scott, are welcoming and affable. I will gladly return.”

“My wife and I were so happy with our hostess that we decided to stay another night. Every morning, we had a three-course meal, and it was delicious. After telling Kimberly that we were leaving early one morning she made sure we had it early enough so we could make our appointment. The rooms were always comfortable, and the bed was nice as well. Kimberly made sure we had everything we needed including extra towels and anything else that we asked for. ”
