“Always enjoy being in the mad river valley. Bridges resort is nestled right near a roaring brook and next to the mountains, which you can see from the room. Great amenities (hot tub, sauna, pool), and even a fire pit to use. Awesome location too. Definitely recommend.”

“Doc’s Lake House is on a beautiful and quiet lake. My family and I regret not staying longer! It is well-stocked with anything you might need (coffee, spices, breakfast items, etc.), which was lovely! Two separate fire pits and water crafts were available for entertainment. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around. He’s very nice and fun to talk with! It was such a wonderful stay! ”

“We had a great stay! It's a great location for hiking and swimming. The yurt is gorgeous, really cozy and well furnished. We were amazed at how well the indoor composting toilet works! And Alice was incredibly responsive and accommodating, most of our questions were answered by the binder left in the yurt. Would love to come back sometime!”

“What’s not to say about this place?! From the comfy couches to the cozy beds this the perfect off-mountain stay for anybody hitting Killington Pico or any of the other nearby mountains. “I was fortunate to be the first one to stay here. There is a nice little town of Brandon about 9 min down the road. I'd highly recommend the River Pub and Grill if you want to eat out, the steak sandwich was fantastic. “TV didnt work the entire duration of our stay, contacted Vacasa several times but nothing was actually done. The walkway to the entrance was just a downhill ice trial. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, my boyfriend ended up sleeping on the equally uncomfortable futon. Place was clean enough, good location. Quick drive to Mary Jane, about 7-8 mins to main base area. Other than that, not great. Definitely would not stay again or recommend to friends or family. Also will steer clear of Vacasa……
