“It's a really nice hotel with big room, big balcony, and great sea view suited for staying there few days for vacation. The service is really good, and the price of the breakfast is reasonable. It's better to go by car because it's a little far away from Zadar down down and old town, and the transportation is taxi only. However, if you are used to take taxi, the hotel also help call the reliable taxi for you. We would've stayed for more days if we had enough time.”

“The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality.
There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls.
The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. We had hired a car so getting about to see Zadar town……

“We were really impressed with the property. Very modern and clean. The pool was amazing and the added bonus of a pool table and ping pong in the garden kept the kids busy, and don’t forget the bikes as well! Really enjoyed having an outside sound system too which made afternoons fun and created a great atmosphere. We would recommend and would stay again in the future. Very cosy room with good WiFi, shower.
Excellent delicious breakfast (€10), very nice dinner with good price. As the previous reviewer said, no need to go somewhere to take breakfast or dinner. (No lunch service)
45 minutes to walk to entrance 2 with ordinary pace.
The nearest flixbus station is about 12 minutes walk. We got off wrongly on entrance 1, where the taxi insisted charging €15, Uber calling failed many times.
