“This is basically a family run old school bed and breakfast. Not a bad thing, but something I wish I knew before booking. The plus, it's reasonably comfortable. It's near the lake. The family is friendly. The catch is that there was a lot of kids running around and playing from about 7am to 11pm. “No issues checking in after midnight or getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Rooms are similar to what you might get at an airport hotel in the states except that the furniture is higher quality and there's a coffee pod machine. Simple continental breakfast provided, roads around the property can be noisy as locals regularly use their horns, fairly steep hill between the hotel and town centre. Room included mini-fridge and water bottles. Felt more coffee pods could have been……

“Chaîne connu de tous , on sait à quoi s’attendre. Déception pour le petit dej bien loin d’un service novotel . Sinon , très bien situé , vue magnifique sur la baie , chambre immense et moderne . Accès direct au centre commercial. Nous avions commandé un taxi pour l’aéroport au prix de 20 dollars , prenant la carte de débit ou crédit avec la réception de l’hôtel . Arrivé à l’aéroport, payement uniquement en cash et le prix est monté à 25 dollars ! Pas correct du tout ! ”

“The staff is wonderful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. The second room we got was nice and big and the bathroom had hot water. However, the first bedroom had no hot water and the second bedroom had outside dogs barking all night long. People who have pets in the neighborhood should be considerate and keep their pet dogs indoors so neighbors are able to sleep during the night.”

“The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working. Breakfast was good. A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience. ”
