Au Café des Souvenirs
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 85 m² air-conditioned stone house for rent in Goudelancourt-lès-Pierrepont, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Classified as a 3-star furnished holiday home, it has a lovely 25 m² living room with pinball machine and arcade game, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. You can take advantage of your getaway to enjoy nature, fishing and walks in the Souche marsh. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 25 m² living room facing south with TV, sofa, armchair and arcade games.
- Fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, Senso pod coffee maker ...
- A dining room with a bar area.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be made into a double bed.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be made into a double bed.
- Separate WC (sani-crusher).
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 200 m², a petanque court, outdoor games for children, fishing equipment available: rods, spears and fishing box....
- A 25 m² wooden terrace facing south-east with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, bicycles, fishing rods, outdoor games for children, washing machine, baby bed, iron.
The house is ideally located in Goudelancourt-lès-Pierrepont, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby...
Activities :
History lovers will be delighted with the medieval city of Laon with its museum and its underground passages, the Chemin des Dames, the fortified churches of Thiérache, the museum of the barbaric times in Marle, visit of the basilica of Liesse Notre Dame (place of pilgrimage)... Reims and its Champagne vineyards 60 km away.
Nature lovers and photo enthusiasts can explore the forest of Samoussy, Vauclair, the Liesse marshes and the Souche marsh.
