Most of things are good, just their room cleaning is bad. We placed the dirty towel on the floor means ask them to change new one, after we come back, look like they cleaned, but we found hair and stains on the towel...they just RE-FOLD DIRTY TOWEL and PUT BACK......

"The property management wouldn't refund the fees even though we had a serious family emergency and couldn't travel. No partial refunds or refund of cleaning fee even though nobody will stay there. Disappointing and not recommended."
