"Very cute place! It looks like it needs a little bit of a facelift but I can't really complain. The room smelled really nice! We saw a groundsman going around cleaning trash and the courtyard. He was very nice! We will definitely come back"

"One of the best properties I’ve found. Had everything we needed and more to make for an easy enjoyable stay. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed! Would stay here time and time again!"

"We absolutely loved the property! It was spacious and clean and comfy! We enjoyed the outside patio area and bbq along with the pool table! We’ll definitely book again for our next Roosevelt trip!"
