“Irena offers this quiet place 50 minutes away from zadar. As a welcome gift Irena provided a fully stacked cheese and prosciutto plate with baguette. We really enjoyed the our time here with mostly animals around us. The appartements (two bungalows, both with an own bathroom) and the kitchen were by far the best equipped places we have ever visited. Sharp knives, enough plates, bowls - you Name it - All was available. We even got to know her donkeys 😉 this spacious place is good if you want to……

“Wir, 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Dobermann Hündinnen, hatten den besten Urlaub bisher in dieser Traum Ferienwohnung. In Wirklichkeit ist es noch besser als hier inseriert. Super Überraschung war der gekühlte Wasserspender, sehr erfrischend bei den täglich hohe Temperaturen unseres Aufenthalts. Das Haus war sauber von oben bis unten, die wunderschöne Gartenanlage sah tiptop aus ebenso wie die Liegen und Tischen beim Swimmingpool (der Poolmeister kommt zwei Mal die Woche). “The house was great, swimming pool and terrace with covered veranda was amazing. The water was still cold but it was only May. The bedroom was comfortable with a lot of space. Although I would have preferred a closet to hang my clothes instead of an open 'hanger'. the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was however really too small and we could not regulate the hot water. It really was ideal for the two of us. I cannot imagine we could have been with four! We made several visits……

“We had a great stay at Vulla Tower in Smilcic. Danijela is a great host, immediate responses, "problems" are solved immediately. She placed some cheese bacon, water an wine in our fridge for a good start in our holidays. The Quads are cool, the BBQ house is beautiful and sauna, kicker/billard and table tennis are great addidtions.”

“This is a fantastic villa with everything you need for a great holiday - swimming pool (cleaned regularly), air conditioning, pool table, balcony, etc. Note that the property is split between upstairs (3 bedrooms & 2 shower rooms) and downstairs (2 bedrooms, shower room, kitchen / dining/ living area) with external stairs - not an issue, but a small surprise. Also note that it's at least an hour's drive to get anywhere apart from the local towns & lake (roads in Croatia are slower than around……

“Das Grundstück ist ein Traum für alle die die einen Urlaub suchen wo man nirgends hin muss es ist wirklich alles vorhanden.die Kinder konnten Fußball Volleyball und Billiard spielen,sich im Pool austoben und wenn das Wetter nicht gepasst hat gab es da noch den Whirlpool.handtücher waren genügend vorhanden und selbst der Pool würde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt sowie der Whirlpool komplett erneuert mit frischen wasser.die Hunde hatten mega Auslauf und selbst die Frösche am Teich haben……
