The granite and timber kitchen is magnificent and beautifully appointed. It has plenty of space to create your own meals or for a master chef to come and cater for you and your 7 guests.
A large timber Egyptian style dining area is adjacent to the living area with an option of an open-air roof. There you will find an entertainer's paradise with a magnificent 12-seater golden travertine table with chocolate woven chairs surrounded by a Japanese garden and views you'll never forget.
In the warmer months the combined indoor and outdoor living zones make for luxurious proportions and create an alfresco feeling regardless of where you are in the living area. The property sleeps 8 guests in 4 generous sized bedrooms. All bedrooms have been appointed with king sized beds, spacious designer bathrooms, quality linen and built in robes. The master room is the 'jewel of the crown' with ocean views, a king-sized bed, spacious timber walk in wardrobe and magnificent ensuite bathroom comprising of spa and large twin shower. This room has enormous proportions and is a private world of pure indulgence.
Both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 have king sized beds, spas, large twin showers and ocean views. Bedroom 3 and 4 offer tranquil bush views and private ensuites. Bedroom 4 has a two king single configuration - all the other beds are king size. The luxurious guest bedrooms exude a cool simplicity that's synonymous with the style of the property.
NOTE: No functions, parties, gatherings. weddings or events are to be held at the property. A caretaker is on site and will immediately enforce the requirements to meet the Holiday Home Licence regulations and our Terms and Conditions with this regard.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
