“Ich habe im März die Villa Lumiere besucht und meine Buchung online abgeschlossen und vollständig bezahlt. Leider musste ich vor Ort erneut bezahlen, da angeblich keine Zahlung eingegangen sei. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen wurde mir bis heute der ursprünglich online bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet.
