“Traveling with my family of 4 and arrived on a Tuesday @ 8:30p. Check in was pleasant but our room with 2 queen beds was not made. The guys at the front desk apologized and addressed it, while my boys played in the snow outside a bit, marveled at the boar’s head, and attempted to convince me to buy candy from the small store area next to the checkin counter. Room was made in ~25min and they offered a couple breakfast vouchers which was a nice gesture. The room smelled strong of air freshener,……

“My stay was end of December and it snowed. It looked like a winter wonderland. The room was clean and the decor modern. The main entrance and check in area has a large sitting area, fireplace and a cute boutique filled with fun items. But really it’s the surrounding nature that was pristine. The walk to feather river was easy to find despite the deep snow. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you.”
