"The property at Sugar Bay was very nice except for the beach. This was out of their control but there was so much seaweed you could not swim or sit st the beach because of the smell. "Disappointed with the shabbiness of the Villa after last year. Needs some TLC, general repairs, new bedding and mattresses. The rental of the upstairs apartment to someone with a viscous dog caused distress leading me to find alternative accommodation for my final week at extra cost."

"Excellent service, very clean, kind staff, great food and the room had all the necessary amenities, but we couldn't enjoy the beach because of the amount of sargassum. You have to take a taxi to other beaches that are a bit far away. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel 100%. We'll be back...sure!"
