“This hotel is close to the main market square. There is also a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Everything is good except that it is a really small room. It is hard to open a big suitcase.”
“Everything was excellent. The Buffett in the morning was perfect! The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We came to Groningen to see the city where, in 1945 the war ended while my Dad was with the Canadian Army liberating The Netherlands. I have a picture of him toasting the end of the war with a local man. He was 22 at the time. The city is beautiful and friendly. ”

“Schönes Hotel, das sowohl verkehrsgünstig als auch ruhig liegt. Es ist zwar eine schnellstraße in der Nähe. Trotzdem kann man gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Zimmer war hochwertig ausgestattet, hat aber auch schön ein paar Gebrauchsspuren. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.”
“We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk.
My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay.”
“The location is close to Downtown, Groningen. The room style is quite old and the furniture is also quite old. There was only one window facing the chimney. When the window is open, flies often got in. No lift nor air conditioning. While the temperature was up to over 26, we could only rely on a noisy electric fan.
The merits about the room were that the bathroom was spacious and cozy and breakfast was great. ”
