“Wonderful stay. Incredible amenities that go above and beyond expectations. I drink ALOT of coffee and usually have to bring extra k cups. Enough was provided, that I didn’t even need them. Seems small, but those small things matter!! Also, the bed was the MOST comfortable ever!”

“This was our first time using VRBO and we could not be happier with our stay. Most years we come to Kansas City for a spring father and son golf getaway with my brother in law and my nephew. The carriage house is good size, basically a small house. The location is such a nice setting with the sunrise view through the wooded surrounds right out the dining room table window. “We had a great stay at this charming lodge-style cottage. Nestled in a peaceful, rustic wooded setting, the house gave the perfect combination of coziness and convenience. Convenient location —just a short drive to great BBQ, restaurants and downtown. The cottage itself was spotless and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. “didn't like smell, bed and lack of house keeping. Bed had animal hairs- comforters were ripped and had holes in them., every mattress needs replacing . Bathrooms needs some additional updates to toilets and flooring.As well as hot water barely came out of all bathroom faucets. Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs to be look at . Flooring in kitchen needs serious grout cleaning. Every rug needs to be discarded. Iron and ironing board in main bedroom was a joke -broke and waterstain dirty. Tv remote……

“The property was well stocked with anything and everything you may need. We loved the barn cats, guineas, and fire pit but appreciated that the farm was only minutes from town. The owners were especially kind and easy to communicate with.”
