“The room space was too small for the 2 twin beds. They were pushed together, so size of a king bed and we had to walk side ways to get to the head of the bed. The “bedside table” were so far back they were virtually unusable. ”

“Staff very helpful, kind, knowledgable. Parking available = extremely helpful. In easy walking distance to center of Rouen. Cute inner court yard. Very good breakfast. Best if your room is not facing the busy street but windows keep the noise out. All in all very happy!”

“Stayed here for 1 night in late September 2025. The hotel is stunning, with fantastic grounds and gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and we didn’t expect the chocolate brownie, which was a nice treat. The evening fine dining was expensive but delicious, and the ales and beers from vexin were top notch. The grounds around the hotel feel very safe, and we were able to store 2 bicycles in an outside storage facility, which was secure.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”
