“Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Nice but tiny pool in a pretty garden. Breakfast was fine but basic. I had a private en suite room which comfortable, no hot water but it wasn’t necessary as the weather was hot. It was walking distance of the centre, about 20 minutes, and felt safe. I expected it to be more hotel than hostel. It’s definitely a hostel but it is really nice! ”

“I had a great stay at Hotel Amalfi! The location was perfect—central and safe, which made it easy to explore La Paz on foot. The room was a good size, comfortable, and very clean, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always ready with tips or a smile. Overall, it’s a great value and a cozy, welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!”
