“I would have given this property 5 stars but water pressure in one bathroom was very low and the amount of available hot water was inadequate for 7 guests. This property was roomy with plenty of space for guests. The kitchen was very nice as was the dining room. It is located on a busy street which makes it hard to turn out of the driveway. Our hostess was quick to response to any questions.. there were large black ants here and there inside dwelling which may have been due to heavy rains when……

“This apartment is a real gem. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Our hosts gave all the information we needed prior to arriving so we didn't have to ask lots of questions. The neighborhood is very safe with lots of families in the neighborhood walking dogs, etc. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Springfield!”

“After a small glitch to begin the stay, which the owner responded to quickly, it was a pleasant stay. The living area, kitchen and dining area are very nice. So is the front porch and the fire pit is also nice although we did not use it. The half bath on the first level was a nice plus. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are a challenge for elderly ”

“The house was clean, well decorated and stocked. A all around. Only downside, the info stated there was a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. Also i tried messaging Rose and i didnt get a response. Not sure if thats an app issue or not. Otherwise, I'd stay here again if needed ”

“We had a nice stay, far from home. The only downsides were small compared to the fairness of the nightly rate. Floors were squeaky (due to the age of the duplex, I assume), not the best for light sleepers, and mattresses felt quite firm after our days spent walking. The staircase had us keeping a close eye on our toddler. The host responded promptly, when we asked about tv remote batteries. The area was quiet - we didn’t spot any neighbors out and about - so keeping doors and windows locked had……

“Wonderful large home with three floors perfect for our stay! We gathered to celebrate my daughters 40th birthday and we were pleasantly surprised to find a five bedroom home so close. She lives 8 minutes away. We loved the downstairs bar/winery and spent a couple hours down there. They is a large screen projection tv but we couldn’t figure how to operate it. The kitchen has a nice feel to it with a counter and 3 stools. We used the oven but couldn’t get the convection bake to work. No biggie,……
