Welcome to Nan's Place! This charming home was built in 1949, in Coombs Cove, Newfoundland by our grandparents. As part of the Newfoundland government's resettlement plan, the house was barged across Fortune Bay to its current location in 1974. This traditional Biscuit Box home has undergone extensive renovations and includes everything needed to feel at home during your stay.
While every room in this house has undergone extensive cosmetic renovations, it is still an old house with plenty of character and charm.
Rooms on the upper level are small, but private.
Full access to the house except for the basement. Door will be locked with a key.
Town water is discolored but safe for consumption.
