“You never really know what a property is going to be like until you arrive. To say the house exceeded expectations when we arrived, though, would be an understatement. “PROS: **Quiet neighborhood, not too far from Moncton **has the basics: coffee, creamer, tea **3bdr with Queen beds each is ample space **competitive pricing **laundry is a bonus CONS: **Sofa and floor has quite a bit of animal fur that’ll will stick to your clothes and socks, may be an issue to those sensitive with animals **curtain may burn and/or pose as a fire hazard on top of the baseboard heater if you crank it up ”

“Thank you for hosting us, Monica. Your apartment was very welcoming and had a comfortable atmosphere. It was exceptionally clean, and the welcome drinks and availability of coffee made our stay feel extra special. There was only one bath towel and we couldn't find the hair dryer, but that didn’t impact our overall experience too much. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to return someday.”
