Unacceptable
"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

"This is a truly beautiful property. It actually looks better in real life than in the pictures. When we walked in we were really blown away. We stayed at the Hotel Ivoire before being collected by our hostess and the transition was very smooth. We were a large group of 10 so needed the main house ..."
