The fan in the bathroom was very loud and in need of repair. We are seniors, yet they put us in a room on the second floor (no elevator) as far away from the lobby as one could be. Most hotels offering complimentary breakfast offer some pastries. This one only yogurt.

Adjacent to I-40, our room was perpendicular to the interstate & in the middle of the building, 2nd floor (no elevator) but surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff.

Clean hotel — they let us check in early without an extra charge because we were willing to take a room with some freeway noise. We were pleased with the room & service for a 2 day stay while our vehicle was in the shop.

This was a cute place to stay!! My only complaint was I wish there was a cubby or something in the shower to hold your travel stuff that you bring! Other than that, this property was great! Very kind workers, super quiet!

Arrived of check in very late. Management was attentive. Only sketchy was 2 younger kids who did not seem to be apart of the hotel getting near us requesting something and the whole time while doing the check in the followed us into the lobby and was just staring at us and proceeded to get near the window once we exited making me feel uncomfortable, had to move my vehicle as well from the original placement cause was not sure of their intentions.

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers absolut in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist jedoch an einem sehr stark befahrenen Highway gelegen, so dass besonders die Zimmer an der Rückseite einem hohen Geräuschpegel ausgesetzt sind. Unserem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer konnte nur insoweit entsprochen werden, dass wir statt im besonders vom Lärm beeinflussten 1. Stock im Erdgeschoss untergebracht wurden.

Nice location in between Sedona and Grand Canyon National Park. Property was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was nice.

In the breakfast area, equipment was broken each morning. For example, the waffle maker, coffee maker, ice machine, and others. They offered a breakfast burrito or sandwich, but you had to ask for it at the front desk (no one knew we had to ask until I did on our 2nd day. The room had an unclean feeling and the overall condition of the facility was very dated and worn. Would not stay there again!!

My overall impression of the property was that no one cares. The room was not clean - not disgusting, but no one cares enough to do simple things like dust. The headboards were so coated in dust that it drifted down onto the sheets; the bottom rails on furniture, the tops of the coffee maker could be written in; behind the bathroom door never gets looked at much less cleaned. The soap dispenser in the shower - came off the shower wall and sits in the vanity area, which is very convenient when you're in the shower. Simple things, but no one cares enough to do them. The coffee maker at breakfast: out of order; the ice machine: out of order - probably simple fixes that just don't happen. Will not be staying here again.

The room though a nice size had not been properly cleaned with some dirt and debris behind the door. Soaps were in a dispenser without any notice of what the ingredients were. The breakfast was really poor quality no eggs or fresh fruit. Finally, although I had prepais, the person who checked me in tried to add an additional $5,.50 to my room charge saying it was a service fee. I asked what kind of service am I receiving for this money. She responded that it went towards the breakfast and cleaning the rooms. I said but the breakfast is free. Finally they took the charge off but they said everybody pays it. This isn't a service fee this is a rip off fee and a scam because nobody ever came to clean our room. Given that the hotel was average rated at 7.8 to 8 I expected more. An appropriate rating would be more like 5.5

The hotel was clean. However, it was incredibly noisy. We were on the first floor and could hear everything above us and outside our door from footsteps, talking and luggage and cleaning people talking early in the morning rolling their carts. Don't expext to get a good night's sleep here.

On Monday morning, the front desk clerk was also doing the breakfast. She wasn't very proficient. She was not checking to see what items needed refilling. It was peak breakfast time, and there was no bagels, no toast, no yogurt, no milk. I had to go up to her to tell her things were out. I think you need to keep the front desk employee separate from the breakfast duties. Hire someone else to do that.
