Beautiful Mountain Charmer home in premiere neighborhood. Located less than a mile from downtown, 1/8 of a mile from Basha's grocery store and 3/4 mile from Buffalo Park and the Mt. Elden trail system. This house is a couple of blocks from the Highway to the Grand Canyon and 30 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl. NAU is 2 miles South.

Beautiful open floor plan including a balcony spanning the entire width of the house. Nice large living room provides a wonderful gathering space for friends and family. Board games, Internet and smart TV allow for plenty of entertainment . New Air Conditioning Unit to stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed and full shower. The spare bedroom has a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a bath/shower. The spacious living room comes with a queen pull-out couch bed.

There is free parking for two cars in the driveway in front of the house (additional free street parking is usually available).

This is a duplex with this upper/larger unit (Mt Charmer @ 7000') being at street level with a front entry. The lower/smaller unit is located below street level and under this upper unit. The lower unit has a separate entry around back. Each unit has its own driveway and parking.

Washer & dryer are available for your use (at no additional charge). Access to laundry room is down a steep set of stairs.

The owners live nearby and are long-time locals available to assist with making your Flagstaff visit perfect.

Nice Home near Downtown Flagstaff

I stayed at this property for a week. My stay was great and I would recommend this property if your family size is 5-6 people. The location of the house was spectacular! I could hop into my car and drive straight into downtown Flagstaff in about a minute or so.The house had everything you could ask for, which made my stay fantastic. Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Such as garbage bags, dish soap, toaster, full array of utensils and cooking ware.The hosts were great about communication, which made my stay better than expected. Dawn is amazing!!! I cannot say enough kind things about her. The house is beautiful, super clean, and the Mountain View is like none other. This location is easy and central to everything we did. Some of the day trips we enjoyed were Antelope Canyon (get tickets in advance to the 1130am of possible it gets hot and you may want to wear a jacket as the sand blows everywhere), Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, Grand Caynon Mathers Point (Sunrise is best to beat the traffic, and have the place to yourself for a bit), Sedona, Slide Rock State Park play in the river is fun, the views and history are beautiful, we also ate at the Hudson.

North Arizona adventure

This was an awesome property located near so many attractions and there are views of the mountains from the living room. The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Dawn and Rob met us on the day we checked in and gave us some great suggestions for exploring the Flagstaff area. We especially enjoyed the Arizona Snowbowl Gondola. The location near the Safeway is plus. We would definitely like to visit the area again and stay at this location!!

Best neighborhood to stay in Flagstaff

Large and comfortable house. Modern and clean. Nice to have decent furniture in a rental. If you prize peace and quiet as well as close proximity, NoHo is the best Flagstaff location to stay in.
