Stayed here with my boyfriend on vacation, but thankfully it was only for one night. I’ll do the Pros first: Great location, as shops, restaurants and breweries were all walkable. We loved our time in Williams and visiting the area places, including Bearizona. Our room was clean. Cons: this hotel needs updating and maintenance. The walls are very thin, there’s no fan in the bathroom ( but the window opens at least), but those are to be overlooked with an inexpensive motel. Our bathroom floor had broken and loose ceramic tile flooring though. There weren’t one or two tiles that would be unnoticed, there were several that were actually in pieces. There’s no way that housekeeping could do their job and think that was safe and acceptable, and shame on management for leaving it in that shape. Don’t bother with their advertised hot breakfast. It’s in their small office area with a couple tables. I guess the hot part was the bread to toast and pancakes to make. Not much more than that. Goldie’s Diner serves a good breakfast right across the street, so head over there. They also shouldn’t advertise their pool, when there’s no water in it.

The main two reasons for me to choose this place at Williams is that it's AAA approved and it has hot tub. According to the receptionist none of their rooms has hot tub except the jacuzzi near the swimming pool, but there's no jacuzzi at all. There's mold inside the shower room.

It is located at the end of Williams, in a semi disbanded area.The facility is poor, and poorly maintained, black molds on the wall in the bath room, stains and holes in the shower wall. Though the light of "Open" always on, no one answered the phone, no matter how long you wait. The so called continental breakfast includes coffee, juice, teas bags with hot water from the coffee machine, toaster with bread, and an automatic pancake machine with pre-packed liquid pan-cake substance, guests push the botton, wait for a few minutes, the so called "pancake" is done, no service at all. It is a motel, not a hotel, I wondered if the staff of Travelodge or Wyndom really visit this site.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The property is poorly maintained and extremely dated. The rooms smell of a combination of strong chemical odors and some other odor that I don't quite know how to describe. We were going to leave and the attendant told us she would refund our money. We never received the refund, and got hung up on by the hotel when we contacted them to enquire about it. Pay the extra $20 or $30 and stay somewhere else.

The room was not kept up. The doors were filthy and mainentance of the room and bathroom was poor. The linens were clean albeit we needed to ask for blankets as there wasnt any warmth or weight to the bedding. There was no clock, the phone to reception was non-functioning, and the electrical plug by the bed stopped working.

Needs Major Renovation — Just Okay for a One-Night Stay This hotel is definitely showing its age and could really use a full renovation. From the furniture to the overall interior, everything felt old enough to belong in a landfill, honestly. At first glance, the room seemed fairly clean, but right before checkout, we discovered a pair of dirty socks under one of the beds — not exactly a great find. The bathroom was small, but at least it was clean, which we appreciated. Breakfast was included, but the selection was extremely limited, so don’t expect much more than the basics. We only stayed for one night, which was manageable, but I wouldn’t book a longer stay here unless some serious updates are made.

If you need a cheap bed, this is the spot for you. If you want something reasonably nice, RUN! Do NOT believe the pictures!!!! This place is more than outdated and run down, its ancient! The mini fridge is overrun with frost. There's no microwave. The breakfast is cold cereal, pancakes, juice or coffee. The linens are very worn. The carpet is icky. The bathroom is dirty and crumbling. The pool is empty. The room served its purpose, I guess.

You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but it was not as advertised. No laundry available, the pool was disgusting, and the hot tub was not working. The breakfast was just cereal, toast, and pancakes,if you like your pancakes raw this is the place to go. Not many options. The coffee was awful.Not very many staff to help you out.
