“We loved the rustic, clean and comfortable setting! We had the end cabin and our view was spectacular! It is very close to helicopter pad and west rim entrance. Wish the restaurant stayed open past 5.30 and had more variety…but we managed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed one night on our way from the Hoover Dam to the Grand Canyon. Tippi is a wonderful host. The house is very clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Make sure you go to the Boathouse Grill and Cafe which is less than a mile from the house. Thank you Tippi!”

“Great location, clean, well equipped unit, very comfortable beds, had everything needed fir a getaway. Especially for golfing…”

“Great location, unit is easy in/out, modern and updated, lots of amenities & attention to guest comfort A. TV, Wi-Fi, AC, Nest controls-excellent,Very quiet area (early may), but parking right at your front door. Is best. 1 king bed would have been preferable. No complaints I would stay here again.”

There wasn’t foil or anything like that so wasn’t prepared for that and for 3 days wouldn’t want to purchase those things. However, it was very clean. I appreciated that a lot. “Perfect for two people if you're interested in a different experience. A smartly decorated tiny home with all modern day amenities. Space comparable to a 34 ft RV without slide outs so don't overpack. Back pack & travel size luggage recommended. We had a wonderful meal at the Boathouse Cafe & Grill a couple of blocks away. Beautiful sunset views and stargazing is spectacular. ”

“Worked well for us. Wished primary bedroom had place to hang up clothes, but owner had lock on closet; otherwise, we enjoyed stay. Other small things…no streaming/TV services enabled, couldn’t find bags for the cornhole boards, no laundry detergent. These weren’t show stoppers for us, but would have made the overall rating 5 vs 4 stars for me.”
