“Cottage was very well located, with a fantastic waterfront outlook. The external frontage of the property looked liked it had recently been done and was better than indicated in the photos.It looks like the perfect seaside residence and the external decor is very much in keeping with the age of the property.It is very spacious and there is plenty of local info provided. The owner was very easy to contact, though contact was rarely required.”

“Relaxing stay in quiet complex. The unit was clean and well equipped with an amazing uninterruped view of the ocean from the spacious screened porch. Pristine beach and a very well maintained complex. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves and truly relaxed. Benjamin was a very responsive and caring host. “We really loved how we were right on the beach. Yes, our cottage was behind the main house, but it's still right there! It was great to just walk out to our own private beach and not worry about hauling all our stuff or crowds. We also really enjoyed using the provided kayaks and paddle boards. There was plenty of interesting sea life to see snorkeling around the dock. Cottage was cozy with plenty of space to sleep and hang out. It was a pleasant surprise that both bathrooms each had a shower!……

“The property is situated just north of Seven Mile Beach, which is great for those looking for a more relaxed time on the island. The cottage is also at the end of a lane right in front of Cemetery Beach, which had fantastic snorkeling. It was wonderful having a cottage so close to a great beach, and the house provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels if needed. We didn't need the extra bedroom, but I would say the cottage is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small children since the……

“We had a wonderful time here. Had everything you need to make it a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Plenty of sitting areas, loved the hammock. Great communication from the property manager. All very helpful if there was a need. Will definitely be back if I visit Grand Cayman again. Thanks.”

“The cottage is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It is a very short walk to the beach and a good local restaurant, Heritage Kitchen. The house has a washer and dryer which is a definite plus. Pearl is great and will give you tips daily. She and her husband even stopped by before we left with a little gift! I would recommend renting a car for easy travel around the island. ”

“Great place to stay! Once you figure out the bus system it’s very convenient to get around the area. Two very minor things to know. First, they do not provide washcloths as part of the linens. Second, the amenities list hair dryers. But there was none in our unit. Would definitely stay there again. ”
