“Here are a few things that we would like to add: There was not enough shampoo, no saran wrap or foil paper, no tea or coffee, no curtains in patio door. Oven mitts should be replaced as one of the ladies got burned removing something from oven. Every place that we stayed had enough shampoo and all these items mentioned above.We would like to say thank you for letting us sign in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm which helped a lot.”

“We had the most wonderful stay at Gert and Gus’s place in Margaree Harbour! From the moment we arrived, they gave us such a lovely welcome and were incredibly helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area. The location couldn’t be better -perfect for exploring Cape Breton Highlands National Park and the many gorgeous local beaches (and there are so many to choose from!). We loved using the driving range and taking our morning walk to the river for a float/dip.The place is even better……

“What a perfect experience. Felt like home. From treats for the grandchildren to a lemon meringue pie in the fridge!,! A pie! Check in was effortless. Catherine answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Lavender house was close to all the activities we wanted to do as well as shopping. Couldn’t ask for anything more! “The house is located right on the water front of Chitticamp island, it host a beautiful view both day and night, and very conveniently located to some of the best golf courses in Canada if not the world.”

“This was the PERFECT place to stay for us. Four adults (two couples) so the living room and deck was perfect for us to be able to socialize comfortable in the evening. The kitchen was large and stocked with all the dishes and appliances you would need. It was SUPER clean. The double beds were cozy - we are used to a Queen size, so we just cuddled. All good, and comfortable mattresses. The view is stunning, and the quiet street made a midnight walk by the water a beautiful end to our……
