Awesome and Spacious, updated 2 bedroom Condo

Charming, spacious condo with a 2 bedrooms & one bathroom, recently remodeled. For the winter months you will appreciate the fire place. This unit has front door parking. It has a private entrance and is located on the second floor. Condo has open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, and has the ambiance of a wood burning fire place. A 54 inch TV includes DVD player, Cable TV, and Roku as well. TV’s are also located in each of the two bedrooms. Washer & dryer and dishwasher are also

This is located blocks off of Hwy 281 convenient to nearby malls/shopping, hospitals, medical offices, schools, airport and restaurants. It is also only minutes away from our charming downtown area which has many great boutiques, restaurants, bars, and our historic Grand movie theater. Convenient also to the State Fair grounds, Husker Harvest Days, and to the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center.

No smoking allowed, and no parties please.

Wonderful condo in Grand Island

We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. Wonderful Stay

Cindy was a wonderful hostess. She made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay and the place was so clean and organized. If you are traveling with very little ones, I would recommend a baby gate because the stairs are very steep.
