We had such a great time in Grand Lake the first weekend of January! It was an ideal location, only a block from town. The house was layed out perfectly, the decor was modern yet cozy, and the kitchen was stocked nicely! We are looking forward to returning in the summer! Thank you for the great hospitality!

We have stayed at several cabins with this layout and this one was by far the best. The house has an upscale feel, tons of amenities, and is walking distance to pretty much everything Grand Lake has to offer. I highly recommend this place.

L the perfect rental!
We really wanted to give a shout out to this property because our family had such a wonderful stay. Surpassed our expectations. The home's location was amazing just one block from Grand Ave. We parked the car and did not have to use it the whole time we were there. The house itself fit the bill, modern, clean and outfitted beautifully. All in all made our stay in Grand Lake wonderful.

What a beautiful cabin - and right off the main drag in Grand Lake! We had a beautiful stay. My 13 yr old daughter was so sad when we had to leave - she said it was her favorite vrbo stay we've ever had.

This property is incredible! Our kids were well entertained by the array of games and the cute reading nooks. Everything is so well stocked for cooking, so many great surprises like ample hot chocolate and a quality can opener. Wonderful house, beautiful place
The house is a very nice modern design, with great furnishings. The town of Grand Lake is really cute and fun, and being surrounded by the Rocky Mountains the setting is incredibly gorgeous. We aren't ones to want to revisit places (too much world to explore) but this place was one we want to come back and stay at during the summer months!

We found Sandy’s ski house to be so cozy and a wonderful space for the 7 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and fun to cook in. The children loved the games. We hope we are able to return. The town is a block away and everyone is so welcoming.
