“We stayed here for the nostalgia, it’s been 25 years since we came to the Thunderbird and it didn’t disappoint! I’m pretty sure the pool was closed then too - but we weren’t there to swim and it’s not advertised as having a pool. We just enjoyed the humor of it all. The room was clean and the guy who checked us in was friendly. If you’re looking for luxury, then pay quadruple the price and stay elsewhere! The Thunderbird Motel is a gem, an absolute classic and for the price, I have zero……

“Office help was incredibly friendly. My family and I were there to hunt and needed a room with a shower for a couple nights. Someone who is looking for more will likely be disappointed. We are from Idaho so the farm sounds, smells and whatever didn't bother us. We left before daylight and got back after dark. If you need a room and are not use to living in the Caesar Palace, this place will work fine. Just bring your own toiletries.”
