“We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront. It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area. German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers. The dock also worked out well for swimming and fishing. The driveway was large……

“We are a group of retired friends on a Wine Trip. There were 9 of us. The home was the perfect size. When we encountered some minor issues, they were addressed immediately. I highly recommend and look forward to returning again when the weather allows to be on the deck ”

“This was our second stay at this home. This time was to visit our son at Hobart for his 21rst birthday with family. The house is so beautiful and comfortable!!! We were able to do dinner in Geneva and wine tour following day and back to house for visiting around the fire and cards. We can’t wait to come back!!! Amazing home and great hosts!!!”

“Loved our stay! The house was so cute and very clean!!! Hot tub was the best part! Loved the fact Bristol mountain was right there and the Lockstock and Barrel right down the road was a great spot to have a drink and food! ”

“My husband's family lives near Keuka Lake. We were able to visit with the family, as well as take in some new sites, wineries/breweries/distilleries, shops, restaurants, etc. The house worked out perfectly!”

“We had a reunion with 8 first cousins coming from Albany and Toronto. It was a perfect meeting place. The house was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, plenty of beds, full kitchen, and gathering space! We spent Saturday afternoon at three brothers winery, and it was quick uber ride away. Great time ! ”

“The house was wonderful- spacious and very comfortable with gorgeous views. It had everything that we needed and was conveniently located to a variety of restaurants, town, and things to do.Was not pleased that everything was handled through vacasa(?) which took away from the personal touch aspect.Response to request was generic and checking out, I didn’t even realize that I was supposed to let them know (email read when I got home) til I was home - 6 hours later - so they’re cleaning team could……
