“This condo is so welcoming, just like its owner. Everything was more than we expected. We'd give it ten stars if we could. It's comfortable with a touch of elegance yet has a homey feel. There was a lot of hard work to make this happen, with good design and great taste that is so obvious in every corner. My wife and son loved it more than me, and our friends who stopped by were glad they did. We hope to stay here again. Thank you for the welcoming spirit of owner Matt and VRBO.”

“The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe.”

“We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. ”

“The seating in the living area was very poor. Neither my husband at 86 or I at 79 could sit in the sofa in front of the TV! No teaspoons at all! I bought some, do you not have them in the US?”

We had an incredible time in the pool, eating on the porch having bbq’s under the twinkle lights watching the children run around. The accomodations were hotel level with the warm touches of a bed and breakfast. We had an MVP experience at a fraction of the cost and made memories that will last a lifetime.”
