“Great location for my needs North of Downtown but great access to 95 and 20th if you are headed to the beach. My Dog Elliot and I truly appreciated the canal trail for our daily walks as well as the really cute fenced in front porch. Safe neighborhood too with friendly neighbors.”

“The cottage was so charming. It was lovingly decorated in the late 1960s style. Reminded me of when i traveled on vacation with my parents. So many pieces i remembered. Beautifully done. But all the appliances were modern and high end.The antique shops on town were really nice and there are lots of places near by to fish.We will return”

“Overall everyone loved it except my husband. We were nervous because of the previous review posted but thought that the pictures were all pretty accurate and it was clean. There were some things that need to be updated/fixed but nothing horrible. And the location was fantastic - right on the beach.Nicole responded quickly to our questions, the beds were comfortable, the decor was beachy cute and they provided everything we really needed and more! Overall we were very happy with our stay!”

“We had a great time in Melbourne Beach! The house is walking distance to the beach for sunrise and the intercoastal for sunsets, a few restaurants, and a nice market. The house was roomy, and the pool was a perfect bonus. ”
