The check in on a Saturday took one hour standing outside trying to text, email and only getting canned respons. “Excellent apartment in downtown Vancouver. Reading the other reviews knew that we would have to collect keys from nearby (300m) convenience store so just arranged for the taxi to stop there first. Well provisioned with tea and coffee and everything is there for those who want to use the kitchen and cook in. Maggie communicated well and it was a very enjoyable stay, Vancouver has a lot to offer!”
