“The photos and description are completely misleading. Photos are several years old from a realtor's listing in 2022 and apparently no upkeep has taken place since then. A few rooms were tolerably clean but there is exposed rat poison beside pots and pans, clutter and debris, half used food in the fridge and cupboards, etc., etc. We've filed a 9 page complaint with VRBO including lots of pictures asking for a refund. ”

“Private, peaceful, super comfortable beds, had every thing we needed for our stay. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again. Our host responded instantly with a call when I had one question. ”

We were in Oriental for a wedding, had never been to the area before, and Kate even offered to give us a ride home from the wedding. Could not have asked for a better stay!”

“We had the best time during our stay in oriental. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was very cozy and plenty of space for our family (4 adults 4 kids). The “secret closet with kids toys really made this place magical for our kiddos and was a lovely surprise. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, option to ride bikes and the proximity to the waterfront and coffee shop. We hope to return!”
