“This is a basement converted to a rental apartment. There is potential, however all of the furniture is very used, broken, and/or not suitable for the space. There was only a fitted sheet and a blanket on each bed (no top sheet). The towels were fit for washing the car. There was a very smelly rag on the kitchen sink, drywall dust on the floor along every wall, and the toilet was not clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shower is very difficult to use, as the sprayer……

“First of all we arrived with a code key into the place that wasn’t even ours so we entered Someone else’s room Which was been occupied! Turns out that the dungeon that they put us into, didn’t even have a key code on it!!! This place had open holes into the attic stairs to get into the refrigerator stairs to get down into the unit Which my partner is handicap and was not easy because there was no Railings to get down into the unit! conduit throughout the place for the electricity! Had too small……
