“We were staying at hotel to attend a function elsewhere in the area. The staff were helpful and friendly and we were given an upgrade to executive suite. The check in staff member handled a situation very well when another guest interrupted during our check-in. The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities.”

“Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. Margo makes it seem effortless but……

“Parking area very safe with plenty of disabled bays. Reception area busy with afternoon teas and people relaxing and socialising in the evening which gave off a good vibe. Very professional staff. “The owner Julianna was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. The interior of the property is amazing, in fact it’s jaw dropping. Even her lovely cuddly dog (bear) will give you a warm welcome. Highly recommend.”

“Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long. But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean. ”
