When you’re not boating, fishing, or exploring Puget Sound, pure bliss awaits in the cozy living areas featuring large smart TVs, plush seating, and artful decor with fun pops of color. Whip up tasty treats and meals in the gleaming full kitchen before snuggling up for a family movie night or having a tournament in the well-equipped game room. You’ll find shuffleboard, foosball, Pop-A-Shot, and an air hockey table all awaiting your enjoyment.
Outdoors, the backyard sand area is perfect for a wide variety of games including cornhole, ladder ball, badminton, bocce, and horseshoes, while the expansive, furnished patio offers plenty of tables and comfortable seating for alfresco dining or evening gatherings. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is an ADU on the backside of this home, just 30 feet from the rental, which will be occupied during your stay. Guests must walk past the ADU to reach the horseshoe pit and hot tub.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
