These rooms are in such bad condition and dirty they should not be used. They have one 'delux' area that has been renovated which may be the best choice. Beautiful property, quiet, comfy bed, helpful staff.

Despite some poor reviews, this was a perfect stay for a weekend in wine country. The room was clean and spacious and offered in shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The refrigerator was cold and had a working small freezer. The bathroom counter area was spacious, and there was plenty of room for extra seating. Linens were clean and fresh and the overall room was slightly updated. If you’re looking for resort style or extra fancy accommodations, this is not it. We will definitely book again. The property is gorgeously lush with many trees and outdoor seating areas and barbecue charcoal grills placed sporadically around each Unit. We enjoyed going down into the wedding venue area although the restaurant on site is no longer offering a menu. It appears as though the third-party that use the space as a restaurant has left the property. A five minute drive down to town, led to amazing coffee, shops, gift, shops, unique stores, and food options.

The room was very dated with lots of smudges on walls, dirt on blinds, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise it was clean, a beautiful property, quiet and you can't beat the price.

Hospitable service. I had a nice quiet sleep. The downtown area was within a fifteen minute walk and the area was safe at night. This was my second time staying here. I like how it’s tucked away in the trees, easy to access off the freeway, and the rates are fair.

So i reserved this about 3 weeks prior to my stay, so there was PLENTY enough time to call me to switch cabins. Or allow me to decide if I wanted to stay there with the dangers and issues My son had a 4 day overnights field trip nearby and he has special needs so I had to rent a cabin nearby to pick him up and drop him off DAILY as he could t spend the nights with his classmates due to his disability so I was relying on having a landline the school could call me at. They told me AFTER I got there and checked in and paid that”oh yea, that chalet has an electrical problem after I complained about the phone not working! The front desk was so casual like no big deal and didn’t even try to get me in a cabin with a working phone. 2nd issue after urinating in the bathroom and flushing, an enormous amount of water overflowed all over and when I told the office, they said they would send maintenance over. Hours later someone came only to throw towels down and simply turn off the water. No mopping or disinfecting! The NEXT day in the MIDDLE of the day he returned but with another guy, they finally fixed it and took the day old sopping wet towels out WITHOUT CLEANING or DISENFECTING the toilet or the floor! So it smelled so bad, the entire stay and we actually ended up leaving a whole day early because of that. It smelled too bad. The dining/living room area also had exposed wiring ripped up carpet. I have pics&videos to prove this. Why are the renting rooms that have ELECTRICAL hazard

There was feces on the bathroom wall. the floor was moist sticky and turned your feet/socks black and it was carpet. The heater didnt work well so was cold. All the walls and doors were covered in greese and grime and hair dye. Around the bottom of the shower door was pubic hair. Now what was good was the bedding was clean, towels were clean and counters were clean.

It could use some updating, but overall nice. Beds and pillows were amazing. No secure internet ; was disappointing. Internet service was poor. Was not able to do zoom meeting. It was quiet, and priced reasonably, would definitely stay there again (if I didn’t have to work 😉 the front office girls were helpful and kind. Thank you

The staff were great for the most part (Cheryl was very grouchy, rude and short with us on the phone). The rooms walls were disgusting, the floors were not clean. The carpets haven’t been washed or shampooed in what smells like years. The phone was caked in what looked like grease and dirt. I went to change the liner in the trash can and it was covered in black mold. The price was way too high for what they have for rooms. Which is a shame. It can be a very nice place if they invested in it a bit more.

I have stayed at this property two times. The first time was in the hotel portion, which was clean and very nice. I get their staff five stars!!!! The second time I stayed I rented out a cabin. Sherena Has five star customer service and deserves a raise she is awesome and so helpful!!! The property is so beautiful and I love all the little walking trails. I really enjoyed the cabin for privacy reasons and it was very cozy and Homie. Looking forward to the new pool remodel. This will be a secret spot I go to for many years to come thank you so much Sherena for all your help!! ❤️

I arrived one hour and thirty minutes before the stated time i would be able to check in, and i entered thenoffice hreeted the clerk and asked if there would be a chance i coupd get checked in early. I was quickly met with the respincw that there would be a $25 dollar fee for an early check in. I understand policy but couldnt justify paying nearly a third the total price of the room for the night so that i could be in thenroom an hour earlier. The day was cold and wet since a storm had developed. I did not feel like standing outside in the cold winter rain and asked if it would be ok for me to sit in the lobby and wait out my hour until i could get checked in. Upon asking yhe clerk if i could find a seat in the lobbynto stay warm i was quickly met with the response "i dont think rhe manager would like that." As the disbelief of what she just said sank in. I looked around the easily 20 foot by 30 foot lobby to realize there were no seating arrangements even in the lobby. Lots of spots that could easily accommodate a chair or love seat, yet all i see are empty floors and clear walls. As i as i turned buttenening my jacked preparing to embrace the cold, I thought to myself how uninviting the lobby and staff came across to me. I just could not understand how odd and uncaring could this place be to have no seatsin the lobby for people to relax and then tell me I was not invited to stay in the lobby while I was trying to escape the inclement weather. It only got worse
