“We had an absolutely amazing stay at Easy Street. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house has beautiful architecture, fantastic finishes and high end furniture just as depicted in the photos. The backyard is unbelievable, a huge open field (manicured) with firepit and river access with easy kayak or canoe launch. We were in town for my 50th class reunion and Easy Street made our stay a memorable one, we can't thank the owners of this great property……

“Dawn's place was perfect for college drop off. It's spacious, sparking clean and close to everything. The beds were comfy and she added lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. ”

“We rented the house for a Penn State football weekend and it was perfect! Close enough to walk to campus. Owners attend to every detail - tons of electrical plugs, kitchen well equipped, tons of towels and extra bed linens, dog treats, paper towels, home made treats, etc. They even allowed us an early check in. The only suggestion would be to trim the overgrown plants around the mailbox, walkway and front door. ”

“Perfect rental for our family ! We used this rental when we moved multiple children back to Penn State for the school year. Little outside the Penn state area with a 30 min or so drive but it was worth it. The home was exactly as described on the listing, very clean well equipped home. Lovely sitting area out back, even provided simple snacks and drinks which were a huge hit with our college students. We will definitely utilize this rental again for future visits to the kids, Thanks again ”

“Great newly renovated apartment and perfect for a couple with a great view of the Talleyrand Park and Spring Creek. The shower was great! The only difficulty was access to the garage which was challenging with an SUV. Need to tell renters to use the ramps in the garage especially in winter. ”
