Location is the big appeal to this property, right in town with the major bike rental outfitters for Creeper Trail literally across the street.As of April 2025, the community is still rebuilding from Helene damage, but still has plenty on offer in Damascus, nearby Abingdon with the Barter Theater, historic downtown and nice restaurants.
