“Podria estar mucho mejor, no hay cafetera, no hay plancha, la vista nos toco a el techo del supermercado. Deberían tener pisos específicos para personas que van con sus perritos. La cama y las almohadas muy bien. Las personas de la recepción muy amables.”

“Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and specious with good amenities. We struggled to get a local taxi and reception on one occasion didn’t follow up with the taxi firm despite us asking so we missed a planned trip. One night we had a lot of disturbance with noisy neighbours who set off alarms and banged doors at 4am. However I would return as it was a nice hotel and the lady receptionist was wonderful. ”

“Een uitstekend hotel midden in een oude woonwijk! Eigen parkeer mogelijkheid, maar om het te vinden is een ramp en om net een middel grote auto naar binnen of buiten te rijden is een uitdaging. Wel zonder schade!!! NIET DOEN ”

“Having travelled through France to Spain doing overnight stays this was an amazing overnight stay everything was excellent , the service, cleanliness, breakfast and great value.”

“It was very good value for the money paid. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the eight floor. At night we could hear people talking in the room next to us but to be honest we thought it might an insulation issue or maybe it was just our room. It wasnt worthy of a complaint bearing in mind what we paid. In all, very good value.”

“Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. Part of the group got back late due to issues with taxi’s and accessing a baby seat. The ladies went above and beyond to……
