"隔音效果差、服務態度不佳、入住時告知我因我預約時所留的信用卡有問題要我當場用刷卡機結帳、退房時又告訴我入住當天刷的卡只有授權要我在刷一次、因我有收到信用卡銀行通知付款的簡訊、所以我堅持不再刷第二次、但飯店要我簽一張付款同意書才讓我離開。"

"8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Good stay
"This hotel was good even though outside of main town. We had a large family room with balcony overlooking the front entrance. But no kettle or fridge. Room was very clean, beds comfy and shower big and worked well. Parking was 13 euros per night. Breakfast was good - not great. Staff friendly"
