Rooms are not well isolated which let hear and enjoy the noise done by neighbours. there is a serious issue on cleanliness such as dirty wondows', dirty lift., dirty tables in the breakfast room...”

“Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!”

“Friendly and helpful staff! Appreciate the water dispenser to reduce plastic use (bottled water). However, my room is stuffy, air-con seemed not functioning well as temperature never reach what we set, shower room is slippery and bed lights not working. ”
