“We absolutely ADORED staying at this cottage. We went for Spring Break and it was perfect. . We enjoyed relaxing at the cottage, eating wonderful food in town, and enjoying the scenery. The location of the cottage is perfect. It's just 10 minutes away from Colorado Springs which was so convenient. The hot tub and shower were amazing. We loved reading by the creek. We plan on visiting again soon! The property manager was the nicest ever, too!”

“Everything was great here, an older home, but beautiful. The house was huge and had many older elements that made it charming. The rooms were tastefully designed and all the cabinets were fully stocked. We had a family get together here and it was the perfect location for our little get together. On top of that there was a power outage (someone hit a transformer) and the host was on the phone within minutes helping me locate the flashlights and emergency candles. Definitely will rent again! ”

“We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors.
