“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. “Great location, Ultra modern, nice staff. Disapointed that there was not coffee makers in the room or lobby and had to repeatedly ask for iron/ironing boards as not in the rooms and they removed each night with turn-down. Pool was nice and secluded. Had to search out service so unsure if they were understaffed”
