Escape to this spacious cottage in Calabogie, Ontario, set on a 93-acre private lot. Ideal for family getaways and events. Enjoy the private pool, exclusive trails, and modern, stylish design.
Located near the Calabogie Highlands Golf Course and Calabogie Motorsports Park, with beaches like Barnet Park (10 mins) and Burnstown Beach (15 mins) nearby. Both offer clean water, playgrounds, and boating rentals nearby.

(Note, this section may get a little chilly in the winter and a little warm in the summer. We've provided a portable heater to help in those winter months and opening the windows helps in the summer.)

Being on 93 acres, we have a lot of land to explore. There are a lot of great walking trails in the area.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the house and the pool. Guests will not have access to the garages. Our basement is used for storage and locked.
Other things to note
We do allow weddings, family gatherings and any other large social events. Please ask us for details.

Staying at a property, especially a larger property does come with a list of rules and guidelines. Please be sure to read the following prior to booking:

- Minimum age to rent: 25 *Person booking the reservation must be present*
- No unauthorized guests are allowed. All guests must be registered or reflected upon booking.
- Day time visitors are allowed but only with hosts permission.
- Guests can pitch a tent outside but must stay within the limit of 16 guests total overnight.
- No pets allowed, if there is evidence of a pet, guests will be charged $250
- Events allowed: Birthday Parties, Family gatherings, Weddings, other events.
- No smoking allowed inside the property, if there is evidence of any smoking, guests will be charged a $500 fee.
- Quiet Time: 11pm-7am

*Fire Bans often occur during dry periods. Please discuss with owner at time of booking. Guests have access to limited wood during stay.

*Late check out/early check in is available at $30/hr. If guests check out late but do not notify host, there will be a charge of $100.

*Please note: There is a lot of wild life on the surrounding area and we recommend not to walk off the property after dark. We do not have a hot tub and the pool is not heated.

Profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Additional deposits may be required.
