“It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Although they offered us 50% off, it ruined our vacation in Fira.”

“Staff amazing especially Jennifer ( Baby Bear ) made us feel very welcome & provided exceptional service John the Chef was great too , he couldn’t do enough for us & has a tremendous passion for his food Nickolas our sever , always smiled & was very attentive Our Room with the pool was very nice , but wouldn’t stay in any other room there Hotel in general was too far away from the Santorini we all love & see photos of My suggestion is to stay on the Cliffs at Fira or Oia for a few……

“The location was not connected by bus, you could only reach there by cars or you can book for the The view was wonderful that beyond any description. You can enjoy the view anytime even when you're having breakfast. The food was tasty. The infinity swimming pool was just in front of our room. I could jump into the pool with just few seconds! And the room was perfect too. The staffs were friendly and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.”
