“Absolutely perfect spot to get away. The cabin was beautifully decorated and clean, with a kitchen that was easy to cook in. The creek was absolutely gorgeous!!!! Would be thrilled to go back someday. ”

“Pros: The pool was excellent, well kept and clean. Silvio was responsive to any issues that came up along the way. The location is nice and quiet. Cons: Most of the furniture was stained, broken and decrepit. The lighting was sallow and yellow. The kitchen cabinets had a smell and the remote was so sticky we put it in a ziploc to use it. We would return if the house was updated and freshened up to promote a clean and inviting feel.”

“ We had a short stay for Spring Break. This is central to a lot of Poconos locations. Bush kill Falls is about 25 minutes. There are more than enough beds for a family. The tree house is a good hang out for kids. It is also pet friendly (small dog on our trip). There are lots of Legos and games for kids. Hope to go again later in the season.”

“The Knoll is the perfect peaceful get away we were looking for. The owner was very kind! The house was comfortable, big enough and has everything you need. The best part was the property! The dogs loved walking through the woods and sitting on the big porch being with nature and so did I! ”

“My wife and I were traveling back from visiting family in Pittsburgh to our home in Cape Cod. Lazy River Cottage is the mid-point. We went on VBRO to searching for a property and this one appealed to us. Wow, Wow, Wow….what a location (on the banks of the Delaware River)…it is private and tranquil. The cottage has all the modern conveniences and well appointed. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be back. ”

“We stayed at this house for a quick getaway with our children and their aunts and uncles. Weather looked dicey, but we got lucky and were able to enjoy all that the lake had to offer! The kayaks were wonderful, and in terrific condition. Even when there was a bit of rain, everyone decided to stay at the house, rather than heading out to do an indoor activity…we felt at home and there was plenty to do!
