“Perfect for the college visit to KSU.”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent. The only complaint I have is the bed. It must have been a memory foam mattress and it clearly was remembering someone else. It was not comfortable sleeping in a cavern made by someone else. I tried both beds in the room and they both had the same problem.”

“DISGUSTING!!!! And the worst customer service. Supposed to stay 2 nights. Checked in, took one look at the room, and checked back out. There was vomit stained on the furniture, the door handles were sticky, there was brown liquid running down the bathroom wall... i was assured i would only be charged one night. They charged me for both nights, as well as 2 nights worth of pet deposit. If they were not such a complete dump, maybe they wouldnt be in need of money. SCAM! No one picks up the phone……

“That most of the staff did not speak English and it was very hard to understand what they were trying to say to me and what I was trying to convey to them!”

“Loved the layout of the showers, but all water pressure has been regulated way down to barely have any water flow coming out of the head. The cold water stream blew across to hit the far wall, but the hot water barely trickled out. The front desk moved us to a new room, but the water pressure turned out to be just a little bit more than the previous room. ”
