“This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. There are multiple wings of the house and also a separated bunk room so there was plenty of room and everyone was able to have a good level of privacy. Just a huge property with so much to do and wish we had more time to get to it all! ”

“Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. ”

We came down for the Ren Faire and although it seems off the beaten path it’s very close The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.The bathroom was a little small but super clean. They also make up for the stinky well water with a nice cool jugMy only suggestion is to put a TV in the other bedroom ”
